Apprenticeships at St. James Place are for a minimum of 12 months (longer depending on the type of apprenticeship) and they work in partnership with a range of specific training providers such as Cirencester College, the University of Gloucestershire and FWD Training, for the delivery of the training programmes.

Candidates interested in applying for the Apprentice programme need to be hard-working, self-motivated individuals, with a proactive approach to work and their studies.

You will also have gained GCSE , Grade C (Level 4) or above in English and Maths and be on your way to complete your A-level/BTEC triple award, or equivalent.

The Programme

You will study a qualification relevant to your job role. We have placed Apprentices into various departments which include Accountancy, Project Management, Technology, Human Resources and Business Operations. Qualifications will be delivered as blended learning, self-study and online.

Supported qualifications range from level 3 up to degree apprenticeship level 7. You will also take part in elements of the programme including completing your Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award
