Delivered in a modular format, it is tailored to reinforce your developing competency and influence within the project teams. You’ll also attend specific training courses to suit your individual needs particular to your role and responsibility. In addition, you will be enrolled onto a Professional Development Programme and assigned a mentor who will offer advice and guidance as you follow one of our approved routes to membership of a professional body. Their Professional Development Programme is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers.
