Nuclear Graduates: This is not a company but a comprehensive graduate programme brought about through 20 partners within the energy industry. It involves business, science, energy generation, the government, defence and the environment. The scheme lasts for two years. Both of these years are built around diverse placements and structured training. In the time you are on the scheme, you will get to experience the entire sector, from governmental departments and industrial sites, to the supply chain through a series of three eight-month secondments in the UK. In addition around half the graduates will have the opportunity to do a three-month placement abroad, working with one of their global partners. You can choose to work in the UK, Europe or beyond.
