Morgan Stanley Apprenticeships
Morgan Stanley’s Apprenticeship programs are designed for school leavers who are interested studying towards a degree or qualification whist gaining experience within the bank. They offer a number of opportunities across London & Glasgow ranging from 18 month Level 3 & Level 4 Qualification apprenticeships to 3-4 year apprenticeships studying towards a qualification or degree.
The programmes include:
INSTITUTIONAL SECURITIES GROUP, INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT & HUMAN RESOURCES (LONDON)
These programs are available in the London office and are 18 Month Apprenticeships within the Institutional Securities Group, Investment Management & Human Resources Divisions. Whilst working at Morgan Stanley and undergoing a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification facilitated by Multiverse (an Apprenticeship Vendor who specialises in sourcing apprentice talent) you will benefit from theory-based learning as well as the opportunity to develop practical and professional skills.
TECHNOLOGY DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (LONDON & GLASGOW)
This program is available in the London and Glasgow offices and is a four year Apprenticeship within the Technology division, taken in line with study for a degree from a local university. You will benefit from theory-based learning as well as the opportunity to develop practical skills in IT, which you will apply as you gain a valuable insight into the financial industry.
OPERATIONS DEGREE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (GLASGOW)
This program is available in the Glasgow office and is a four year Apprenticeship Program within our Operations division taken in line with study for a degree in in Business Management in partnership with the University of Strathclyde. You will benefit from the chance to grow and enhance your skills in a challenging, fast-paced environment, at the heart of the Operations division.
FINANCE APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM (GLASGOW)
This programme is available in the Glasgow office and is a three year Apprenticeship within the Finance division, taken in line with study for the ACCA Foundation in Accounting (FIA) Diploma. The ACCA FIA qualification provides students with practical accounting and financial skills whilst developing their grasp of business. It is designed to give you expertise that you can use in the real world, an opportunity to learn the theory of accounting while putting it into practice too.
