Lambert Smith Hampton are a national commercial property consultancy with a network of offices across the UK and Ireland. TheyWork in partnership with the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) to offer 2 Surveying Apprenticeships:

• Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship (level 6) – this includes a BSc (Hons) Degree and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). This leads to Chartered membership of the RICS (MRICS) as the final apprenticeship outcome. The apprenticeship develops the knowledge and skills and all the behaviours required for a career as a chartered surveyor.
• Surveying Technician Apprenticeship ( level 3) – a 2 year training contract, where you will attend college one day a week.
