They offer the following degree apprenticeships:
Financial services Apprenticeship
You’ll join one of these teams , investment operations, technology, compliance or finance — making contributions to the business as you study. Dedicated professionals will guide your classwork while business experts will help you gain new skills on the job. You could be working incash management, settlement, project management roles, anti-money laundering, vendor management, trade support functions, accounting and many other areas of operations.
Training – You will have a dedicated training day each week where you will receive a combination of online and in-person lectures working towards the industry-recognized CISI Investment Operations Certificate and a Level 4 Investment Operations Specialist Apprenticeship initially, followed by the opportunity to progress to the CISI Diploma in Investment Operations and a Level 6 Financial Services Professional Apprenticeship. Upon completing a final piece of non-apprenticeship coursework you will then be awarded a full honours degree in Applied Finance from our Russell Group training provider University of Exeter.
Entry Requirements: The UCAS equivalence of 3 C grades at A-Level or other qualification with no grade below C. They also value strong communication and collaboration skills and excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with intelligence, passion and a drive to learn.
Technology Degree Apprenticeship (Bournemouth)
The four-year degree apprenticeship program offers a comprehensive introduction to the world of technology within financial services and the chance to obtain a full honors degree alongside valuable work experience at their Bournemouth technology hub.Your degree will be delivered by a blend of virtual lectures alongside our award-winning internal training. Coupled with the on-the-job learning, this will lead to your obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions.
The first year will be general studies and after that you’ll move into a specialism: software engineering, hardware engineering, cybersecurity or data analytics.
Entry requirements:The UCAS equivalence of 1 A and 2 B grades at A-Level or other qualification with no grade below B. One subject should be Mathematics, Computing or IT based.
Software Engineering Graduate Level Apprenticeship (Glasgow)
At their Glasgow Technology Centre, they have over 1,500 Technologists developing and supporting global systems using cutting-edge technologies. Joining this team as an Application Developer Apprentice, you will learn how to analyze, develop and test code.
This is a 4 year programme and on successful completion of the program you will receive a Graduate Level Apprentice honours degree.
Entry requirements – They require ABBC or equivalent (BBBB), including Mathematics or Computer Science or Physics, at Scottish Higher (or equivalent), plus National 5 English.
