Harrods school leaver programme is specifically designed to support 18 year old school leavers deciding to pursue a opportunities in retail. This Level 3 apprenticeship is formed of six core models covering a wide breadth of retail fundamentals from commercial finance to marketing and communications. Designed with the support of retail managers across the business, the Harrods Retail Academy consists of an array of courses delivered by the Learning & Development team that are tailored to develop the technical and behavioural skills aligned to retail specialists.

Spread across 18 months, the Harrods School Leaver programme offers you an insight into the luxury retail industry. You will join as a permanent Sales Associate.

Comprised of three six-month placements across Fashion, Food and Home. The three placements encompass an introduction to selling skills, the retail journey from ‘Buy to Bag’, and finally conscious career planning for future success.
