Level 6 RICS Chartered Surveyor Apprenticeship (4-5 years)
This Apprenticeship is offered via the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and supported by the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT).
Within 5 years from leaving school, successful candidates will be fully chartered surveyors. This Apprenticeship will award you with an RICS accredited BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management degree. The degree is taught via online study with occasional one day classroom based workshops.
Your work will be assessed via a variety of methods from essays, reports, tests, exams and work bases assessments. The end point assessment will include RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), providing you with a MRICS Chartered Surveyor status.
The entry requirement for the Level 6 Apprenticeship will typically be A Levels (96 UCAS tariff points) or an Extended Level 3 BTEC in Construction or property related discipline.
Level 3 RICS Surveying Apprenticeships (2 years)
Gerald Eve offer individuals the opportunity to achieve a Surveying Technician qualification, the equivalent of A Levels, via the University College of Estate Management (UCEM) and supported by the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT). Over the course of the Apprenticeship, you will develop your technical, interpersonal and behavioural skills, as well as gain new knowledge and competence towards becoming a surveying technician.
You will be assessed through your portfolio of coursework evidence, which includes RICS Associate Assessment. You may then even endeavour to further your education and continue on to a Level 6 chartered surveyor degree. In order to achieve a successful outcome, you will get one day per week off to do your coursework and attend 1 workshop per month with UCEM.
The entry requirement for the Level 3 Apprenticeship will typically be five GCSEs (at grade C / grade 4 or higher, including Maths and English) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
