Debenhams: As a graduate you can join the Store Management Trainee Programme, or alternatively start with in Head Office going directly into a job role. The Store Management Trainee Programme is 12 months and allows you to break into retail management. In 12 months you will become a sales manager.

Head Office roles include Buying & Design, Allocation & merchandising, Marketing & print, eCommerce, Property & Space Planning, Information Systems. Supply Chain and logistics, HR, Legal and Finance.
