Coca Cola Enterprises: The University Talent Programme is Coca-Cola Enterprises’ graduate programme that prepares top talent for management-level roles. They offer a structured career track within Business Technology, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain. It is a 3-year programme, during which you will have several rotations in real roles. In the Business Technology scheme you will have 3 rotations within Supply chain, project design, optimization of quality of solutions. In HR, you will rotate in HR Shared Services and then work in one of the centres of expertise or an HR project. In sales and marketing you will spend your first year in field sales and then integrate into the sales & marketing teams in areas such as shopper marketing, national accounts. The supply chain programme rotates in the operations and manufacturing teams for the first 2 years and finally in one of supply chain central functions.
