CBRE are the world’s leading commercial real estate advisor. They have over 300 offices in more than 30 countries, and have more consultants advising more customers than any other property firm. The CBRE apprentice scheme is a four/five year program, which will combine learning on the job and formal training to gain a professional chartered surveyor qualification.

They offer apprenticeships in both commercial property or building consultancy. The scheme offers an accredited route to becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Apprentices are recruited for either a level 3 Apprenticeship (5GCSE’s A-C required) or level 6 Degree Apprenticeship (A-Levels required).

The level 3 apprentices are on a five year programme combining on the job learning and formal training. During their first two years they study Surveying Technician Diploma before moving on to level 6. The level 6 is a 4 year BSc Real Estate with the APC taken in the last two years.
