GIST offer a Management Degree Apprenticeship. Over 3-4 years, the programme will see you working across a number of Gist’s biggest departments including Global Freight, Business Solutions as well as at one of the local sites. You will be given management responsibility throughout the scheme, coaching from senior leaders, and a mentor to help guide you all whilst studying for a B.A. (Hons) in Leadership and Management.

A mixture of structured learning through workshops and coaching as well as on-the-job training supported by a mentor and buddy.

You will attend lectures every 6-8 weeks at Nottingham Trent University and study modules such as Managing Innovation & Change, Business Performance and People & Talent Management.

To apply, you will need to have achieved, by the time you start, BBB or equivalent at A-Level.
