Santander offers a number of apprenticeship programmes. They include

• Corporate & Commercial Banking  – A Level 6 Financial Services Professional qualification, which is equivalent to a degree level. Rotational placements across the country in Relationship Management, Risk and Operational teams provides a wealth of exposure and the experience, skills and confidence to prosper. Over 33 months, you’ll get to work with and learn from a collaborative and highly skilled team of specialists, as you develop the know how behind building successful businesses for customers.
• Financial Crime  – 20 month programme. Your Apprenticeship will be allocated and completed in the First Line Retail/Corporate, or Second Line Compliance Financial Crime teams. You will gain and Industry recognised ICA certificate and advanced certificate in Anti Money Laundering (AML)

What you need:

• Maths and English GCSES’s grade 4 or above
• A minimum of 96 UCAS points for banking role and 104 for the financial crime role.  (top 3 A Level grades or equivalent, excluding General Studies and Extended Project) or equivalent

The selection process involves an online application & CV, online testing, a telephone interview, interviews and assessment centre.
