Babcock is the UK’s leading engineering support services organisation. Operating in the UK and overseas, they deliver complex and critical support to the defence, energy, emergency services, transport and education sectors. They offer a range of higher level & degree engineering apprenticeships.

Their apprenticeships offer real responsibility across a variety of real-life projects , to develop core engineering skills and knowledge in design and marine systems. Over four years, the areas of training include mechanical and electrical marine engineering design, naval architecture, ship, submarine and weapons system testing, fault finding and commissioning. in addition you will study for a Level 4 NVQ and a Foundation Degree. Locations are throughout the UK, and you work in one of their 3 divisions: Marine & Technology, Defence & security or Cavendish Nuclear.
